Street lighting maintenance

Maintenance of public and private lighting networks: roads, industrial parks, residential complexes and campuses.

Lighting that keeps working

Dark streets raise the risk of accidents and crime. Burnt lamps, damaged cables and old lighting panels also increase the risk of electric shock and waste energy.

In industrial parks, residential complexes and factory sites the lighting network usually belongs to the owner, and nobody else will repair it. A planned maintenance contract keeps the lights on and finds faults before people complain.

  • Night patrols to find dark or dim lights
  • Lamp, driver and photocell replacement
  • Cable fault location and repair
  • Replacement of damaged poles
  • LED retrofit of old luminaires

Frequently asked questions

Why do LED street lights save energy?
For the same light on the road, LED luminaires use less power, direct the light better and last longer. Pole spacing and mounting height should be checked so that the lighting stays uniform.
How often should a lighting network be inspected?
Regular night patrols and a full technical inspection before the rainy season suit most networks. The exact interval depends on the size and age of the network.
